La falta de recursos es una de las principales limitaciones que tienen para hacer frente a las grandes superficies.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1tedra de Innovaci\u00f3n para el Comercio ha desarrollado una plataforma denominada \u201cde experiencia-cliente\u201d que recoge informaci\u00f3n relativa al perfil comercial de las ciudades. A trav\u00e9s de diferentes fuentes de recogida de datos obtiene informaci\u00f3n acerca de la tasa de conversi\u00f3n, de c\u00f3mo afecta la climatolog\u00eda a las compras, cu\u00e1l es el perfil del cliente: ticket de compra, sexo, edad, medio de transporte, entre otras muchas caracter\u00edsticas. Adem\u00e1s, gracias a una tecnolog\u00eda de neurociencia, pueden conocer las emociones de los individuos en el proceso de compra, a qu\u00e9 prestan m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 zonas les impactan m\u00e1s tanto del interior de la tienda como de los escaparates.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa, que busca tener continuidad y ser escalable a otros municipios, incorpora la innovaci\u00f3n y las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas al peque\u00f1o comercio, dot\u00e1ndole de recursos para adaptarse a las necesidades de los consumidores e incrementar sus ventas.[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NdFkYhdgCoA&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/innovacioncomercio.org\/index.php\/unete\/\"><strong>\u00danete a la C\u00e1tedra<\/strong><\/a> y participa en estudios innovadores que favorezcan la econom\u00eda local.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]El comercio de proximidad se ha visto afectado por los cambios continuos de su entorno y la necesidad de adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos.
